Texas has had this ongoing anti-litter campaign for many years called “Don’t Mess With Texas“. You more than likely have seen a bumper sticker or some other kind of paraphernalia with their slogan on it. That is an awesome looking old style tattoo. I would almost get it tattooed on my body, but I think I would change the “Real Texans Don’t Litter” to “Don’t mess with Texas”.
